What's an Orka Bar?
Orka Bars are cold, creamy, high-protein frozen dessert bars made with real egg whites and enrobed in rich chocolate. They're designed to be indulgent yet functional—perfect for post-workout recovery or anytime you want a healthier treat without the guilt.
Are Orka Bars a protein bar or a dessert?
Both! Think of Orka Bars as a frozen fusion of your favorite childhood dessert and a modern-day protein bar. They’re packed with quality macros but taste like an ice cream bar—only cleaner, colder, and more satisfying.
How much protein is in each Orka Bar?
Each bar contains 15 grams of protein, thanks to our unique blend of egg whites and whey protein isolate. They’re designed to help fuel your body without compromising on taste.
Are Orka Bars Gluten-Free?
Yes! Every Orka Bar is gluten-free, and made without artificial flavors, preservatives, or fillers. Clean fuel, clean label.
What flavors are available?
We currently offer four delicious flavors: Cookies & Cream, Vanilla Bean, Raspberry, and Mint. You can try them all in our Variety Box—perfect for flavor-hopping.
Do I need to keep them frozen?
Yes. Orka Bars should be stored in your freezer. Just like ice cream, we like letting our bars thaw for 2-3 minutes at room temperature when removing from our freezer. This is when we think they are creamiest.
Do Orka Bars contain dairy?
Yes. Orka Bars are made with light cream and whey protein, so they do contain dairy. However, our products are considered low in lactose by volume and those with more mild sensitivities may notice easier digestibility. We’re working on future options to meet a wider range of dietary needs—stay tuned!
Can I buy Orka Bars in stores?
Yes! Orka Bars are available at select retail partners. Use our Store Locator or check our Instagram for pop-ups and announcements. You can always order directly from our website, too.
How are Orka Bars shipped? Will they arrive frozen?
We ship Orka Bars in insulated packaging with dry ice to keep them cold. Orders are shipped Monday–Tuesday to ensure they arrive frozen and fresh. We recommend retrieving your order ASAP upon delivery and popping them into the freezer.
Do you offer subscriptions or bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer subscription plans so you never run out of bars and if you're interested in bulk discounts please visit our Wholesale page.
DO ORKA BARs CONTAIN HEAVY METALS?
No! Our protein powders have been independently tested by third-party laboratories and results have shown no material traces for Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead, and Mercury.
